His passion for guitars started over 35 years ago. When he was 15 years old, in the small village of La Patrie in the Eastern Townships, Richard made his first guitar with his father, Normand Boucher, founder of the well known Norman Guitars ™.

Like his father, Richard has also given his first name to his guitars company. With all their years of experiences, Richard and his father have developed different manufacturing techniques in order to produce high quality guitars all the while maintaining a remarkable sound.

Presently, the prestigeous Richard guitars are made in Sherbooke, in the Eastern Townships, paying tribute to mister Norman Boucher, for his passion and his know-how.
